11. Why this page exists

The United States has no single statute requiring a website to publish an operator identification page. Every square bracket below must be replaced with the operator's real particulars before this store goes live. If we cannot resolve it, you may take a complaint to the consumer protection division of your state attorney general's office, to your state or county consumer affairs agency, to the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov, or to the Better Business Bureau. You may also use the dispute process of the card network or payment provider you paid with.

The Terms of Service state the governing law, the venue and whether arbitration applies. Nothing on this page waives a right you have under federal or state consumer law, and nothing on it prevents you from contacting a regulator.
