Afghan Seed Connection - Bamiyan Buddha: Bamiyan's Finest
The Bamiyan Valley, also known as “Valley of Gods” or “Shining Light”, is a fertile valley in Afghanistan and home to some of the world's best weed. Bamiyan Buddha, a unique variety named after famous Buddhist statues in the area, is a local landrace indica variety that produces spectacular buds loaded with fruity terps and THC for a soothing effect.
Down from the highlands toward the capital, Kabul is the mildest of the nine at 18% THC.
This highland landrace is part of the Afghan Seed Connection collection at Zamnesia.
These regular seeds produce both male and female plants of great vigour. Having adapted to Bamiyan's naturally warm, dry, and clear summers and freezing winters, Bamiyan Buddha is extremely resilient—a suitable specimen for outdoor growers looking for hardy plants that can hold up to hot, dry climates. After stretching, Bamiyan Buddha plants typically reach max heights of 100–180 cm (depending on where they’re grown). Thanks to their strong genetics, Bamiyan Buddha plants respond well to training and can yield up to 300–400 g/m² indoors or 300–400 g/plant outside. When cultivated outdoors, Bamiyan Buddha can be harvest-ready by late October to early November.
True to their Afghan heritage, female Bamiyan Buddha plants produce exceptional flowers bursting with aromatic, cannabinoid-rich resin.
