And there's a reason these mushrooms are so popular; besides their delicious flavour, button mushrooms are rich in nutrients, including vitamins, minerals, and fibre. They're a great source of non-animal protein, all while staying low in calories. This concentrated button mushroom powder is made using 100% fruiting bodies produced organically according to EU standards.
Do not confuse this kitchen staple with Agaricus Blazei Capsules: same genus, different species and purpose. In the pantry it plays well next to Buckwheat Powder for umami-rich cooking.
