By crossing the two hugely popular cannabis strains White Choco x Gelato, Amsterdam Genetics has produced an indica-dominant (60% indica, 40% sativa) powerhouse called Chocolato. The result is a sweet and satisfying combination that has a lot of offer all those that want to try her.
Chocolato certainly has a lot going for it, and this stems from its growing cycle. She is small, often growing on average of around 50–100cm indoors. But don't let her size fool you! She is robust and resilient and can grow up to 2m outside. Whether grown indoors or outdoors, Chocolato will need a little maintenance while she is flowering. Keeping an eye on her branches and prune where necessary. You'll start to see some thick and tight buds starting to populate her branches. After a flowering period of 8–9 weeks, your Chocolato will be ready to harvest. Plants grown inside will offer up a hearty 400–500g/m², whereas those grown outside will be ready to harvest mid-October offering 300–400g/plant. Pretty impressive for a plant of this stature.
