Lemon Haze brings together two powerful strain families—Skunk and Haze. The former enriches Lemon Haze with exceptional growth and dank aromas, while the latter brings a buzzing, creative effect and lemony flavours to the table. Bearing 19% THC, Lemon Haze may seem mild by comparison to other cultivars, but just a few tokes is enough to give rise to an intense cerebral high that eventually transcends into a luxurious physical stone.
Lovers of sativas will get on well growing Lemon Haze, and even relative novices to the world of sativa-dominant hybrids can experience success. She does exhibit a significant flowering stretch, so some support may be necessary to keep Lemon Haze healthy. If you can't manage her somewhat imposing height, topping and ScrOG can be a great way to keep her closer to the ground while maximising yields. Lemon Haze prefers things slightly more humid than most hybrids, and is generally resistant to mould and pests. Indoors, yields of up to 500g/m² are achievable after 9–10 weeks of bloom, while outdoors, up to 500g/plant is up for grabs in October.
Lemon Skunk's citrusy scent is so pungent that indoor growers are recommended to use a carbon filter, lest they give away their whole operation. After being dried and cured, the buds retain that zingy lemon bite in their flavour, but the smoke is enhanced with notable Skunk influences and a bit of sweetness.
