Ashwagandha has been popular in Indian culture for thousands of years. This small shrub grows across Africa and Asia, and comes packed with many interesting compounds that may interact with the body. One of the major compounds found in ashwagandha is called withanolide, which has been the subject of much research into its potential interactions with numerous conditions.

Ashwagandha earns its place among supplements for immune routines as the adaptogen most people start with. Recommended Daily Dosage; Usage & Storage Guidelines
Take one capsule per day with a glass of water, preferably before a meal. Make sure the product is stored at room temperature and kept dry. Keep out of reach of children. Suitable for vegetarians.
