Dutch Passion has established a good reputation as the breeders that brought us some of today’s best autoflowering genetics. Growers know their autoflowering varieties such as Auto Mazar, Auto Daiquiri Lime or Auto Ultimate which have become synonym for top-notch autos that grow without any compromises in taste, effect or potency.
For making their latest in their award-line of autoflowers, Auto Orange Bud, Dutch passion once again took extra care and put much effort into their breeding project. They crossed an Original Orange Bud mother, which is a oldschool phenotype of Skunk with a male autoflowering Auto Daiquiri Lime.
But rather than rushing the project and release a strain that may possibly not 100% satisfy, Dutch Passion did the right thing that separates top breeders from others: They waited more than three years until they had 12 generations so they could carefully select only the best, most-potent and most-flavourful plants for their new strain. Needless to say, this patience paid off.
Auto Orange Bud has from the beginning being bred for maximum THC levels, superb yields, taste, smell and effect like the original photoperiod Orange Bud. Lo and behold, when they did their first tests with their new autoflowering creation, the testers could not tell a difference to the original!
Auto Orange Bud, being an autoflower is super-easy to grow. You don’t need to worry about light-cycles as with photoperiod strains since she will flower on her own without you having to do a thing. The sturdy and compact plant is well-suited for the outdoors but she does equally well indoors or in a greenhouse. Her entire life-cycle is very short: It only takes 10-11 weeks after germination and you can look forward to a rewarding harvest of some top Orange Bud.
The Original Orange Bud, one of the original Skunk varieties, has gotten very popular for her good yields, her potent smoke, the uplifting cerebral sativa high and the fruity taste.
