Dutch Passion: Meringue - Sinfully Sweet, With A 3-Hour High
Meringue is part of Dutch Passion's USA Special line, and the name certainly fits. She blends two of America's current sweethearts of the cannabis world, Wedding Cake and Animal Cookies, into a sugary-sweet indica-dominant hybrid with incredible potency. Both the initial grow and smoke tests were overwhelmingly positive.
When grown indoors, Meringue needs about 8 weeks of bloom to reach her full potential, with some growers letting plants mature for an extra week or so for a last-minute swell and a deeper stone. Plants tend to develop an enormous central cola if they're not topped or tied down. Sturdy branches surround the central stem, but they're often weighed down to the breaking point by dense secondary buds that have a nice, heavy feel even after the cure. Putting in a support structure during the veg stage is highly recommended. Together, the cola and smaller flowers weigh in big-time for an extra-large yield.
MASSIVE, ELONGATED BUDS OF GREEN AND GOLD
Individual buds are more elongated than round, and made up of sparkling calyxes of gold and green, coated in glistening trichomes and classic burnt-orange hairs. When smoked or vaped, the smell is just as smooth and sweet as the candy flavour. Dabbers might not get the same intense taste or aroma; it'll be much more subtle, but still there. The high, on the other hand, will be out of this world!
Speaking of the high, Meringue is a dynamic strain. Although it's indica-dominant, smoking just a little results in a lasting sense of calm euphoria that'll relax your mind as much as your body. Within minutes, a peaceful sense of well-being descends like a blackout curtain to block out all your problems, and it won't lift for at least three hours.
