With flowers that are truly unique, Tangerine Band appeals to cannabis connoisseurs and collectors. Her rare bud structure, euphoric high, and fruity terpenes mean every grower should experience cultivating this variety—at least once. Exotic Seed’s breeders carefully crafted Tangerine Band over several generations by crossing Tangerine Kush with the progeny of Headband and Hippie OG. This mixture of genetics produced a productive and euphoric variety with a unique flower structure. Overall, she features a genetic profile of 60% indica and 40% sativa.
Tangerine Band produces some pretty wild buds. Instead of the standard compact and nugget-like structure, her flowers emerge as stacked pillars of pistillate flowers. The gaps in between each of these small towers provide great aeration that helps to keep fungal pathogens at bay. This variety performs great both indoors and outdoors. Her medium size makes her suitable for smaller spaces, and her dense canopy produces up to 450g/m² after a flowering time of 9 weeks. Outdoors, prepare to start trimming these funky buds in late October.
If we were to use one word to sum up the effects of Tangerine Band, it would be: “balanced”.
