Foodsporen - Lion's Mane Mushroom Tincture
Getting your daily dose of smart mushrooms has never been easier, and, with this handy tincture from the team at Foodsporen, their benefits are only a drop away. Made from the lion's mane (Hericium erinaceus) species of mushroom, this conveniently sized 30ml tincture is ideal for a life on the go, or for quick use at home.
A dropper lets you move the dose in small steps, which is why tinctures keep their place in our calming teas and mood range next to the capsules.
Drops not doing it for you? The same Foodsporen extract comes as Lion's Mane Mushroom Capsules with a fixed 400 mg per capsule.
Through the use of a high-tech 3-fold extraction process, lion's mane tinctures are designed with optimal absorption in mind. This means that the first drop is of the same quality as the very last. Aside from the addition of vitamin B3, Foodsporen's tinctures are devoid of any unwanted chemicals or additives.
Using your Foodsporen mushroom tincture is incredibly easy. Thanks to the included dropper, you can dose directly under your tongue, holding the drops for about a minute before swallowing. Alternatively, many users have taken to adding a drop of lion's mane to their morning coffee or atop food to exploit the benefits without the taste of the tincture.
For best results, your tinctures should be kept in a cool, dark, and dry place. Tinctures stored in freezing or hot environments will lose potency and longevity. Tinctures that are kept in the ideal setting will easily last for about a year, giving you plenty of time to use them as often as you'd like.
Please note that mushroom tinctures won't get you high as they are made from non-psychoactive mushrooms.
Manufacturer's Recommended Dosage: Half a pipette twice a day. Spread the intake over the day for maximum bioavailability. Do not take with carbonated drinks or medicines.
Not suitable for use during pregnancy, whilst breastfeeding and / or when you have an allergy to one of the ingredients. When in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Other formats and species are listed together in our range of functional mushroom supplements.

Tinctures, capsules and gummies all live together in our supplements section.
As a liquid Lion's Mane, it slots straight into the Stamets stack, taken alongside your microdosing, like the Original Microdosing Pack.
