Beldia is a landrace cannabis strain from the Riff Mountains in Morrocco. Preserved by the breeders at French Touch Seeds in regular form, this strain is ideal for growers and breeders looking to experiment with and further preserve this distinctive plant.
Old genetics of a different kind: Sativa Des Rois is built on an old-school AK-47 and takes 10 to 11 weeks.
Beldia has very unique growth traits that are characteristic of an old landrace sativa; it grows very quickly, developing long spaces between its nodes and large, narrow-fingered leaves with beautiful lime green hues. Despite its full sativa genetics, Beldia doesn't stretch as much as you might expect and can be kept to manageable heights indoors (reaching roughly 150cm). Grow her outdoors in large pots, however, and Beldia will reach for the stars, growing into massive trees with long, reaching branches. Surprisingly, Beldia's bloom phase is relatively short, lasting between 45 and 55 days. Note that, while Beldia is fairly resilient, she is also prone to hermaphroditism, especially when stressed during bloom.
Unlike the powerhouse hybrids flooding the market today, Beldia delivers modest yields (roughly 350g/m²) and mild effects.
