Greenhouse Seeds - Bubba Slush: Deeply Relaxing & Flavourful
Old and new come together in Bubba Slush by Greenhouse Seeds. The breeders took a classic West Coast variety, an original pre '98 Bubba Kush, and infused her with all the goodness of a reversed Gelato from their own pheno selection.
Bubba Slush develops into a rather short and bushy plant with broad leaves. Later in the flowering phase, the plant shows off beautiful colours and ample, densely packed, and very resinous flowers. Grow her indoors, and you can look forward to medium-high yields after a short 65 days of flowering. Outdoors, where the plant can reach a height of 150–170cm, expect as much as 650g/plant at the end of October.
In terms of flavour and aroma, Bubba Slush takes the dark chocolate flavours of the original Bubba Kush and balances them with the sweet creaminess and fuel-like flavours of Gelato. Good resin production makes this strain a great candidate for hash-makers. The effect of Bubba Slush is very much toward the indica side of things, inviting relaxation and serenity to the fore with a heavy, happy physical stone. But unlike some other indica strains, her effect leaves you with a clear mind so you can still function. Although she may not be ideal for the working hours, she makes a fantastic smoke to enjoy at night or during chill days off.
