Honey Bear is a sativa-dominant hybrid from Humboldt Seed Company, developed with solventless extract production in mind while still delivering excellent flower quality. Created from Honey Banana UKC S1 × Papaya Tallyman × Honey Bear, this feminized strain combines tropical flavour, strong growth, and heavy trichome production, resulting in a versatile cultivar suited to both smokers and extractors.
Bred in honour of Humboldt grower Den Bear, this 60/40 sativa-leaning hybrid shows vigorous, upright growth with long, frosty colas and minimal leaf interference. Flowering indoors takes just 45–50 days, and the plant adapts well to indoor, greenhouse, and outdoor setups. Outdoors, it performs particularly well, with harvest typically falling between mid- and late-September. Given enough space and favourable conditions, plants can grow large and produce impressive yields of dense, resin-coated buds.
The terpene profile leans heavily into tropical territory, with dominant notes of papaya and banana complemented by a rich honey sweetness and a subtle funky undertone. These flavours carry through on the palate, offering a layered experience that goes beyond simple fruitiness.
