Jetpackkratom - Ceylon Tea: Traditional Sri Lankan Ceylon That Packs an Extra Punch
Ceylon is the original tea of Sri Lanka. Growing natively throughout the country, tea production accelerated across Sri Lanka in the 19th century after a recession and leaf disease destroyed the nation's booming coffee industry. Today, Ceylon tea is loved for its full-bodied and rich flavour that stands out from other types of tea. It can be enjoyed hot or cold, with milk, lemon, or other additives to elevate the tea's natural flavour nuances. Kratom, or Mitragyna speciosa, on the other hand, is an ancient stimulant from Southeast Asia treasured for its energising effects and health benefits and strong, bitter flavour.
Ceylon holds down the traditional corner of the whole kratom range; the Kratom Instant Drink skips the kettle entirely, and our recipe for making proper kratom tea gets the brew right the first time.
Combining natural Ceylon tea with rose petals and a hint of mitragynine (the active compound in kratom), this Ceylon blend from Jetpackkratom elevates the full-bodied flavour of Ceylon with a delightful rose tanginess and an uplifting, energising boost. It makes for a perfect start to a productive morning, and is ideal for a mid-afternoon tea break that'll help you to power through the rest of the day. Simply steep your tea for 3–5 minutes in hot water and enjoy, or let it cool for a refreshing summer beverage.
Ingredients
Black Ceylon tea, rose petals, mitragynine.
Each 4g tea bag contains 65mg of mitragynine (sourced from Mitragyna speciosa). Ceylon here means kratom tea in pre-filled bags, whereas Energiser Tea is a loose herbal blend you spoon out yourself; both turn up in the energy assortment.
