Kalashnikov Seeds - Amur Giant Auto: patience provides celestial results
Amur Giant Auto is a sativa dominant 100% auto flowering strain from Kalashnikov Seeds. The select hybridizing of Jack Herer and Power Plant has provided a superior sativa lineage. This strain has just the right amount of indica in the family tree to still pack on the resin. Introduction of the mysterious eastern Russian Amur ruderalis stabilizes the mix and gives the auto flowering characteristics. The powerful sativa genetics means it matures in a teasing 65 - 75 days, but it is well worth the patience. This plant looks sativa all the way with well spaced angular leaves and a lighter than usual green tone at each growth phase.
Distinctive and well-formed towers of calyxes swell together to form each flower bundle. Each of the bundles with their very long pistils sculpt themselves into long and elegant colas full of form and colour. Galaxies of trichomes orbit each yellow and orange tinged calyx as the plants slowly mature. A clear view of the leaves and stems is difficult as they are cloaked with resin glands that blur their edges. Aroma profies are similar to the Jack with an added lemon-berry twist that still says sativa. Six hundred grams from expertly tended plants can be expected per square metre indoors.
