Shiitake mushrooms (Lentinula edodes) might be native to East Asia, but their delicious flavour and rich nutrient profile have won them worldwide renown. Shiitake mushrooms contain dietary fibre, a decent amount of non-animal protein, vitamin D, potassium, selenium, and more. This organic shiitake powder is made using organically grown shiitake mushrooms sourced in China and ground into a fine powder ideal for daily supplementation.

Advisory information
Sprinkle shiitake powder on dishes or add to gel caps. Recommended daily dose is 500mg of powder per 15kg of body weight, with a maximum dose of 1g of powder per 10kg of body weight. Take with vitamin C to increase the absorption of key components.
Shelf-life: 48 months after delivery. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or lower in a dry and dark place. Keep out of reach of children.
