Nirvana Seeds - GG-48: An Intense, Mood-Boosting Sativa
GG-48 is a sativa-dominant feminized hybrid strain from Nirvana Seeds. A cross between Nirvana's AK48 (a 4-way cross of Colombian, Mexican, Thai, and Afghan landraces) and Gorilla Glue (a multi-cup winner cherished for its incredibly resinous buds), GG-48 produces a stimulating high, boasts exceptional yields, and grows well in a variety of situations.
Thanks to its sativa dominance, GG-48 seeds grow into slender, tall plants. Its height and large internodal spacing renders GG-48 ideal for ScrOG setups, as well as LST and super cropping. During its vegetative growth phase, GG-48 tends to shoot straight up out of the ground and develop large leaves with long, slender tips. As it enters the early flowering stage, GG-48 stretches considerably, preparing its branches for the size and weight of its coming flowers. If you're an indoor grower, make sure to keep GG-48 in smaller pots to control its height, and be prepared to train your plants and induce flowering early to contain the strain's monstrous growth inside your tent/room. GG-48's entire flowering cycle lasts roughly 10 weeks, indicative of its sativa origins.
As it flowers, GG-48 develops big, dense, bright-green buds with fiery pistils and a creamy coating of trichomes.
