Otherwise known as Ptychopetalum olacoides, muira puama also has the nickname of “potency wood”, giving a not-so-subtle hint to its potential effects. Available in a handy powdered extract, this product can be used in a multitude of different ways, and easily slots into your daily life.
Simply add a teaspoon of powder to water, juice, or even yoghurt to experience everything that muira puama has to offer. A 25x concentrate, and the strongest end of the range. Prefer raw material to concentrate? Muira Puama 50 grams is the unreduced wood.
Advisory information
Take 1–1.5g of powder per day. Add to water, smoothies, or a dish of your choice. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
