At the heart of our raw cacao powder is a Peruvian cold-pressed cacao paste. Made from ethically harvested permaculture cacao beans sold directly by farmer cooperatives in the Amazon, this paste is produced by crushing unroasted cacao beans with a stone mill.
Peruvian cold-pressed paste blended with coconut blossom sugar, poppy seed, chilli, tonka bean, Ceylon cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom and vanilla, which makes it the only ready-to-drink cacao in the superfood selection.
