Rhodiola & Ginseng: Two Synergistic Plants in One Capsule
This rhodiola and ginseng complex contains two-thirds rhodiola and one-third Siberian ginseng. For millennia, ginseng has been used across East Asia in both holistic and culinary practices. Rhodiola grows in the colder parts of Europe and Asia, likely in similar environments to Siberian ginseng; so these two plants have a natural affinity.

Recommended Daily Dosage; Usage & Storage Guidelines
Take 1 to 3 capsules per day with plenty of water, preferably during a meal or as advised. Make sure the product is stored at room temperature and kept dry. Keep out of reach of children. Capsules are only one format in the energy section, which runs to powders and drinks too. At the raw end of things, Guarana is a seed from an Amazonian vine, shaved off a dried loaf for tea.
