Runtz is a well-known and beloved US cannabis strain. Originally bred by crossing Zkittlez with Gelato, Runtz made waves throughout the cannabis scene with its bold candy aroma and euphoric, uplifting high. Royal Runtz Autoflower is Royal Queen Seeds' autoflowering version of this iconic hybrid, delivering all the flavour, aroma, and potency of the original in a robust, fast-growing cultivar.
Royal Runtz Autoflower was created by crossing RQS' original Runtz with ruderalis. The resulting strain was then perfected over several generations and backcrossed to ensure stable, reliable genetics. The final product is a super-fast auto that grows to 70–100cm in height indoors and up to 120cm outdoors.
Once out of the seedling stage, Royal Runtz Auto grows extremely quickly, developing a strong central stem with sturdy side branches and plenty of healthy foliage. After about 3–4 weeks of vegetation, the plant will start flowering—with little to no stretch. Its entire flowering stage then lasts 7–8 weeks, after which your plants will be loaded with big, swollen buds begging to be cut, dried, trimmed, cured, and, of course, smoked. Harvests clock in at up to 450g/m² indoors and around 100g/plant under the sun.
Like the original Runtz, Royal Runtz Autoflower boasts an incredibly sweet, fruity aroma reminiscent of Skittles, Sugus, Starburst, Haribo, and other fruity candies. It makes for an extremely smooth and decadent smoke that is best enjoyed in a vaporizer to preserve the unique terpene profile.
