Sensi Seeds – Mother’s Finest: Excellent Haze with great aroma and fantastic high
Mother’s Finest is a sativa-dominant hybrid of the next generation that comes from Sensi Seeds’ Jack Herer breeding program. With those first-class genetics, it wasn’t exactly a surprise when the strain immediately won 1st place in the Sativa category in the 2002 Cannabis Cup. Although it may seem almost presumptuous trying to improve on the illustrious Jack Herer line, Sensi did an excellent job taking the best of the Jack Herer genes to create a hazey offshoot, rather than a direct Jack Herer descendant.
Sensi Seeds' Jack Flash, her sibling from the Jack Herer breeding program, is Skunk-heavy and Mother’s Finest represents the Haze side of things with several outstanding qualities. She has a nice, sweet-sour flavour and gives the typical euphoric Haze high that many love. Compared to some other Haze hybrids, Mother’s Finest’s flowering time is on average much shorter, although some phenotypes may require the full flowering time. Phenotypes that express more of her Indica traits will require about eight weeks to flower.
Her delightful smell early on in flowering can give connoisseurs a hint of what to expect at harvest time. The female plants of this regular strain will grow a massive amount of superb quality buds that have an earthy, musky Afghani scent on top of a spicy, hazey pine aroma. If you love Haze strains, Mother's Finest is an outstanding hybrid that may well become your favorite!
