Purple Berry Kush by Spliff Seeds is a cross of Spliff's Strawberry and OG Kush. The result is a hardy, fast-flowering indica that grows to moderate heights and produces heavy harvests of dense purple flowers. Best of all, Purple Berry Kush is relatively easy to cultivate and boasts an 8-week flowering time.
Growing Purple Berry Kush is fairly straightforward. Thanks to her strong genetics, this strain performs very well both indoors and outdoors. In the latter setting, Purple Berry Kush grows to 150–170cm tall, preserving the bushy structure of a good indica. She can handle cold temperatures with ease and is also highly resilient to pests. Indoors, Purple Berry Kush is perfect for small tents or rooms, reaching average heights of 120–150cm. Cool temperatures bring out beautiful bright purple hues in the plants that, post-drying and curing, darken into a wonderful deep violet. Like any good indica, Purple Berry Kush produces a frosty coating of resin that gives off a dank aroma from early flowering right through to harvest.
At harvest time, Purple Berry Kush will reward you with XL yields. Indoors, expect this strain to produce 450–550g/m²; outdoors, up to 650g/plant is possible. Purple Berry Kush buds boast an excellent structure with bulging calyxes, few leaves, and plenty of trichomes. Her aromas and flavours are berry-forward with strong Kush undertones, and her effects combine an initial energetic euphoria with a relaxing physical stone.
