Psilocybe cubensis Ecuador could be called the mountain settler within the family of magic mushrooms. It is known to withstand not so perfect conditions (particularly temperatures lower than 20°C) during fructification - but that's not really a miracle, for it originates from the Ecuadorian Andean region and it can get pretty chilly up there. Author's note (known from personal experience): This is a somewhat special variety of magic mushrooms, for it can make you feel as if you were running a mental marathon - the effect has a speedy facet, accelerating your train of thought to such a high pace, that makes it hard to get a grip on a thought before it vanished behind a squall of new ones chasing it downhill. For a budding psychonaut this can be slightly irritating, if not even intimidating and in the worst case scary - for seasoned psychonauts it is a challenge taken with joy.
