Its genetic background is true to the Top Tao Seeds family; Super Auto Tao and Taomatic are the strain's parent plants. The unique genetics of this strain consist of Indica, Sativa, and Ruderalis genes, making the strain very versatile. Big Auto Tao won the 1st place in 2012 in the indoor category of the Soft Secrets Cannabis Cup.
Big Auto Tao was made with one thing in mind: great growing traits. It will satisfy even the most experienced and demanding growers. The plant is suitable for both indoor and outdoor growing; it is medium sized, and it will grow anywhere between 100-200cm. After germination some 12-14 weeks are required for the plant to flower; the strain is automatic. Thus it will flower regardless of the photoperiod. Big Auto Tao has short internodal distances and a large number of sizeable buds. All those characteristics make the strain a big yielder as the name suggests.
The buds on Big Auto Tao are covered with a thick trichome fur and fiery red pistils, making the high great, as well as having aesthetic appeal. THC levels are around 10-15%.
