Organic Triphala Powder: Employ the Power of Ayurveda From the Comfort of Your Home
While Triphala might not mean much to many Westerners, it is considered a mighty holistic preparation in the East. Made using the fruits of three different native Indian plants—amla (Emblica officinalis), bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica), and haritaki (Terminalia chebula)—Triphala has a rich history in Ayurveda. The fruits of all three of these plants are highly nutritious and rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Hence, Triphala powder is also rich in vitamins including vitamin C, polyphenols, tannins, saponins, and more. This powder is made from 100% dried fruits locally sourced in India.

Take up to 3–5 grams per day. Triphala powder can be added to smoothies, water, or yoghurt to make the powder more palatable (it can have a sour and bitter taste).
Shelf-life: 24 months from the date of manufacture. Store in a sealed container in a cool, dark, and dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
