About this format
Cannabis seeds are sold as collectable souvenirs and for the preservation of genetics. Feminized seeds grow into female plants, autoflowers switch to bloom on their own regardless of light schedule, and regular seeds produce both sexes for breeding. Germination is illegal in many countries — know your local law before you buy.

Tropicanna Cherry XL Auto: Sweet Seeds' Citrus-Cherry Powerhouse
Tropicanna Cherry XL Auto is a feminized autoflowering strain from Sweet Seeds, built on the cross of Tropicana Cherry and Tropicanna Poison XL Auto. Tropicana Cherry brings the citrus-forward potency and sativa lift this strain is known for; Tropicanna Poison XL Auto contributes resin density, XL yield potential, and the ruderalis genetics that make the whole thing run without a light schedule. The result is a near-equal indica/sativa split (approximately 49/50) that behaves like a true all-rounder rather than pulling hard in either direction. THC sits in the 18-25% range, a broad band that reflects phenotype variation rather than inconsistency, and puts this firmly in the capable-grower-to-seasoned-user bracket. It's a more complex auto than most at this size, which is exactly the point.
XL in Name, XL in the Tent
Indoor plants stay compact to medium in height (60-100 cm), which means you can run them in a standard tent without aggressive canopy management. LST works well if you want to open the plant up and push those yields; topping is debated with autos and best left out unless you have experience with the variety. The XL designation earns its place: indoor yields run 450-600 g/m², strong numbers for an autoflower. Outdoor plants can produce 50-170 g/plant, a wide range that reflects how much the environment shapes the final result, so don't plan around the top figure. Seed to harvest runs on a fixed autoflowering timeline with no light cycle to manage. Late in the cycle, watch for reddish and purple hues developing across the buds and leaves. It's one of the better visual payoffs in the auto category, and a useful indicator that harvest is close.
Blood Orange on the Nose, Creative Energy in the Head
The aroma opens with bright citrus and cherry, blood orange sitting just underneath, then settles into a spiced cookie base as the buds cure. It's a layered sensory arc that holds up from jar to smoke. Effects are stimulating and creative, with a happy, social character that makes this a daytime strain rather than an evening one. There's no sedating pull here; the near-balanced genetics keep things moving rather than anchoring you to the sofa. Compared to a more indica-heavy auto, Tropicanna Cherry XL Auto is noticeably lighter on the body and more energetic in the head, which makes it a better fit for active sessions than for winding down. Where this one gets you going, Permanent Marker XL Auto uses the same XL Auto format to land somewhere much calmer at the end of the day.
