Named after the classic stoner comedy by John Carpenter for her out-of-this world potency, the strain has been paired up with AK-49, an enhanced version of the ever-popular AK-47. Out comes a compact, reliable, and highly productive strain that's perfect for those who love strong indicas.
Not too unusual for an indica hybrid, Dark Star x AK-49 is easy to grow and doesn’t require anything special. This 90% indica stays nicely compact and only reaches an average height. She adapts well to all kinds of environments and techniques, and you can raise her in soil or in hydro. In either case, she’ll produce wonderful green and blue buds that are densely packed and coated with a generous frosting of aromatic resin. Growers have reported hugely impressive indoor yields of up to 950g/m² in ideal conditions. Her flowering time is a reasonably short 8.5 weeks.
