Vitamin C: An Essential Supplement For A Healthy Diet
Vitamin C is an essential nutrient that plays a key role in tissue repair, collagen formation, and even neurotransmission. It also supports the proper function of many enzymes as well as the immune system. While many animals are able to synthesize their own vitamin C, humans need to get it from dietary sources. Unfortunately, while vitamin C can be sourced from many foods (particularly fruits and vegetables), the actual amount of vitamin C in our food can vary dramatically depending on how it was produced, stored, and prepared. With Zamnesia Vitamin C tablets, you can get 500mg of high-grade Vitamin C in a single dose, sourced from citrus and rosehip. Plus, with their sustained release formula, Zamnesia Vitamin C tablets ensure you get a gradual release of vitamins throughout the day, further helping maximize bioavailability and support.
If you would rather have your vitamin C from a fruit than from a tablet, Acerola Powder Organic is the plant-derived route.
