How to Use Easy Dose Oblate Pouches
Follow these simple steps for fast and clean supplement use:
1. Shape the stand: Fold the pouch stand along the dotted lines to form a stable funnel.
2. Open the funnel: Use your finger to open the funnel vertically.
3. Insert and fill: Place an oblate pouch inside the funnel and fill it with a powdered supplement.
4. Fold to seal: Fold the top of the pouch tightly to seal in your contents.
5. Dip & swallow: Dip the pouch halfway in water, then place it in your mouth and swallow with a sip of water.

Store Easy Dose Oblate Pouches in a cool, dry, and dark place away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight. Keep the pouches out of reach of children, and follow the included instructions for the best results. Ensure the oblates are well-soaked before swallowing, and do not use them with substances that may make them hard to consume. Loose powders are what these oblates are made for, while Calcium, Magnesium & Zinc is sold as a finished supplement you take with water.
