Gold That Does Not Shout
This is the gold version of our glass ashtray, and the trick is restraint: the gold tint catches the light and hints at something more expensive without tipping into flashy. It measures 11.5 by 5.5cm, has a reassuring weight in the hand and holds ash and butts exactly as a plain tray would. Reviewers keep calling it heavy and high quality, and it sits among our ashtrays as the dressed-up option.
Honest note: gold is not to everyone's taste, and one reviewer did find it a touch tall and heavy for daily use. It is also a TRIBE piece, redeemed with Gift Points rather than bought outright. If the shade is not you, the classic glass version is the same shape without the tint.
