Anesia Seeds - Foster: A THC-Loaded Cookie Monster
Foster is a slightly sativa-dominant hybrid strain from Anesia Seeds. It combines genetics from Emperor Cookies Dough and Sleepy Joe and boasts a fast flowering time with great yield potential. After just 9 weeks in bloom (indoors), Foster will reward you with delicious buds that reak of coffee, caramel, and vanilla. Plus, with up to 35% THC, her extremely potent effects will hit you with a growing cerebral euphoria and a lasting body stone.
For a frosty sibling at the same strength, Frozen Black Cherry also tests near 35% THC.
Foster is a very strong and vigorous strain. It grows fairly tall both indoors and outdoors (100-150cm and 200-300cm, respectively), so be prepared to do some regular training if you are worried about her size. She grows many side branches that become laden with long, heavy buds during her bloom phase, which makes her a good candidate for ScrOG. Anesia Seeds also suggests growing Foster in SOG, though you might want to keep her in small pots to help control her size in this setup. Her bloom phase lasts about 9-10 weeks, and her harvest can clock in at roughly 550g/m² indoors and up to 800-1000g/plant outside. As she flowers, Foster gets extremely aromatic, filling your grow room with a rich, sweet floral scent. Depending on the conditions in your grow room, you might see Foster take on dark purple/blue hues towards the end of her bloom cycle. Her flowers maintain a high calyx to leaf ratio, which makes trimming a lot easier.
With 35% THC, Foster is an insanely potent hybrid. Her flowers can become extremely resinous and, once dried and cured, take on a completely different aroma. Sticking your nose in a jar of well-cured Foster buds is like walking into a bakery; think of bold coffee, caramel, and vanilla cookie aromas.
