Watermelon Zkittlez is the result of crossing some impressive parentage in the form of Zkittlez x Watermelon. This sativa/indica hybrid was created by the good folks at Barney's Farm, a seed bank known for their innovative and flavourful strains—and Watermelon Zkittlez is certainly no different.
Watermelon is one branch of a much bigger Zkittlez family.
When growing Watermelon Zkittlez, the options are only limited by your imagination. This is a versatile, robust, and overall rewarding strain to cultivate. She is resilient and can handle almost any climate or environment you throw at her. Whether grown inside or outdoors, she is sure to flourish.
Not an overbearing plant, Watermelon Zkittlez will reach heights of around 140cm inside and up to 200cm outside. After 9 weeks of bloom, she'll be ready to harvest indoors. Expect returns of up to 550g/m². Plants cultivated outdoors will be ready to harvest in late September or early October, with a return of anywhere between 750–1000g/plant. A pretty sizable yield for this low-maintenance strain!
As fun and easygoing as it is to cultivate Watermelon Zkittlez, her resinous buds are the real reward. Once dried and cured, you'll be hit with a rich scent of tropical fruits and sweet berries that will have you reaching for your papers or vaporizer posthaste. Her taste is very much similar, with some huge tropical hits bolstered by subtle watermelon and grape notes.
