Berberine: A Bioactive Compound Found Throughout the Natural World
Berberine is a compound found in many plants throughout the natural world. Most commonly, it is extracted from a genus of shrubs that goes by the name Berberis. Currently, it is being researched in relation to human health, showing promise in many different areas, potentially giving it a range of different uses.
A plant alkaloid taken one to three capsules a day, which is why you also find it filed under weight and metabolism. The amino acid route on the same shelf is Acetyl-L-Carnitine, carrying 240 percent of your B12 reference intake alongside the carnitine.
This quaternary ammonium salt can be taken daily, either by itself or as part of a more extensive vitamin and supplement regime.

Recommended Daily Dosage; Usage & Storage Guidelines
Take 1 to 3 capsules daily with plenty of water, preferably during a meal, as with anything else from our supplements range. Make sure the product is stored at room temperature and kept dry.
