Complete Sleep is a full-spectrum oil from Cibdol built around a CBN 5% and CBD 2.5% cannabinoid profile. Where many nightly formulas rely on melatonin, this one takes a different approach: a hemp-derived cannabinoid blend in an MCT carrier, with chamomile and lavender as supporting botanical ingredients. Available in 10ml for trialling and 30ml for longer-term use. Vegan and gluten-free.
What's in the formula
The ingredients are: MCT oil 92.3%, hemp extract 7.5% (Cannabinol and Cannabidiol), Chamomile Matricaria extract, and Lavender extract. The MCT base gives the oil a clean, neutral texture that sits comfortably under the tongue. The hemp extract delivers both cannabinoids within a full-spectrum profile, meaning the other naturally occurring compounds in the plant are retained alongside the CBN and CBD. Chamomile Matricaria and lavender are present as botanical extracts within the formula, not as flavouring agents.
Dosage and Storage
The manufacturer recommends one full dropper (1ml) approximately 30 minutes before sleep. Store at room temperature (15-25°C) in a dry, dark location.
