Fall Asleep - Meladol is a pre-sleep supplement from Cibdol that pairs two active ingredients in a single liquid dose: 2.5 mg CBD and 1.5 mg melatonin per 1 ml. The 30 ml bottle gives 30 measured doses. The format is liposomal, meaning the active ingredients are encapsulated in lipid particles to form a water-soluble liquid rather than an oil-based drop. It comes in a dropper bottle and can be taken directly into the mouth or stirred into a glass of water or juice. Unlike a standard CBD oil, this is a combination supplement built around a specific use moment: 15 minutes before sleep.

The full ingredients list: Water, SOY lecithin, glycerol, ethanol (2.3 vol.%), hemp extract (2.5 mg/1 ml), Potassium sorbate, melatonin (1.5 mg/1 ml), vitamin B6, terpenes, vitamin E. Contains soy. Gluten-free and vegan. The liposomal carrier is built on SOY lecithin, which is worth noting if you have a soy sensitivity. Vitamin B6 is included as an ingredient; no per-dose quantity is stated by the manufacturer. Compared to a straight CBD oil, the water-soluble base means it mixes cleanly into a drink without the oily texture you'd get from an MCT or hemp seed oil carrier.
Dosage and Storage
