About this format
Cannabis seeds are sold as collectable souvenirs and for the preservation of genetics. Feminized seeds grow into female plants, autoflowers switch to bloom on their own regardless of light schedule, and regular seeds produce both sexes for breeding. Germination is illegal in many countries — know your local law before you buy.

Dutch Passion - Durban Dew: A Hardy, Uplifting Sativa
Looking for an energising sativa to add to your garden? Dutch Passion's Durban Dew packs a big punch of THC that'll leave you uplifted and euphoric, with a motivating, clear-headed high that's great for early mornings, late afternoons, or any time in between.
Durban Dew's first parent is Durban Poison, a South African landrace that made its way to Amsterdam thanks to the work of cannabis legends like Ed Rosenthal, Mel Frank, and Sam the Skunkman. Its second parent is Frisian Dew, one of Dutch Passion's most prized varieties, treasured for its beautiful dark green and purple buds, and euphoric effects.
Given its resilient nature, Durban Dew is the perfect strain for novice or first-time growers, as it can really take a beating and still produce spectacular bud. Where other strains will cave under the hand of a not-so-great grower, Durban Dew will trot along steadily, shaking off nutrient issues, pH problems, and even physical damage with little more than a flinch. At the same time, experienced growers will love this strain for its ability to handle all kinds of HST, LST, and other experimental grow methods, such as lollipopping or main-lining.
Given its strong sativa-leaning genetics, Durban Dew likes warm temperatures, plenty of fresh air, and tons of light to fuel the growth of its towering branches. Note that these plants really stretch in the pre-flowering phase, so try to avoid growing them in small indoor tents or closets (unless you're prepared to do a lot of pruning, trimming, and training).
For a sativa of its calibre, Durban Dew has a fairly short flowering time of 9 weeks, which will come as a pleasant surprise to growers used to the long flowering times of Haze varieties or even the original Durban Poison. After 9 weeks of bloom, Dutch Passion's Durban Dew should leave you trimming big, vibrant sativa buds with fiery red pistils and a thick layer of trichomes. Once dried and cured, prepare to enjoy an uplifting cerebral high and pungent aromas of sweet fruit and citrus.
