The almond-shaped seeds of Peruvian and Ecuadorean Theobroma cacao trees, raw organic cacao beans are 100% organic and naturally pure. They are harvested by hand as pods, cleaned in natural water, and selected for quality. The production process fully preserves the nutritional value of the beans and does not introduce any additives, which means that this product is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets. A nutritious superfood, cacao bean contains antioxidants, plenty of iron, magnesium, and calcium. It's a great ingredient in the kitchen, where, besides the obvious desserts and sweets, it can be used in savoury meat dishes or sauces, adding another level of flavour.
Advisory information
When it comes to using cacao beans, the sky is the limit. You can make your own chocolate, or crush the beans and add them to smoothies, pancakes, granola, or yoghurt. They are also great for baking; you can grind them into a powder and use in your favourite recipes.
It's recommended to consume a maximum of 10–15g of cacao beans a day, and to consult your doctor before taking nutrient-dense foods.
