This 50g Scotch Bonnet Shaker is made from 100% dried and ground Scotch Bonnet chillies. This natural product is 100% vegan, 100% gluten-free, 100% lactose-free, and does not contain any preservatives.
With around 100,000–350,000 SHU, the Scotch Bonnet has a good level of heat and is extremely flavourful. If you enjoy that fruity profile, its close cousin the Habanero Shaker is worth a look. Wear gloves during use, and be sure to keep the shaker out of reach of children.
