How to use it
Start by dissolving 2 Dextro tablets in your mouth. Follow with 4 Valeriaan capsules, taken with a glass of water. Eat something roughly 10 minutes after that. This order matters more than the exact timing, so keep the tablets first and the capsules second. Store the kit in a cool, dry, dark place, out of reach of children.
