INSTRUCTIONS
- Take 1–4 capsules with a glass of water (4 capsules equals one dose). A full dose provides 400mg valerian extract and 400mg maltodextrin.
- Try to eat something savoury.
- Remind yourself that any feelings of panic and fear are temporary. The effects of the substance will soon wear off.
- Breathe deeply into your stomach and avoid shallow chest-breathing.
