Cannabis from the Hindu Kush mountain range is known to practically every fan of the herb, and is itself a synonym for dank weed. Kush strains are indica dominant, and were first taken to the US in the 1970s, birthing a whole new variety of hybrids. Among our landrace collection, our Hindu Kush stands out as an exceptional example that is widely cherished worldwide. The plant contains 20% THC, which is the ideal amount for pronounced, long-lasting effects.
The original breeder still guards its benchmark cut: Hindu Kush (Sensi Seeds) feminized shrugs off cold, mould and pests without breaking stride.
Growing Hindu Kush is not a complicated affair, particularly if you have some previous experience. However, beginners can also achieve great results if they look after their plants with care. Reaching heights of around 120cm indoors and 150cm outdoors, you can expect plants to develop an abundance of resinous buds bearing that classic earthy Kush fragrance. After 8–9 weeks of flowering indoors, you can look forward to up to 450g/m². Outdoors, up to 400g/plant is possible come early October.
Hindu Kush weed has a moreish terpene profile. It's subtle and sweet, with earthy and fruity nuances as well as undertones of sandalwood. These aromas come together harmoniously, creating an inviting, pleasant blend that goes really well with the effect this strain produces.
